We're a pet friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome. Our apartments accomodate up to two pets maximum, 60 lbs total.
for one pet there is a $500 non-refundable fee, for a second pet there is an additional $250 non-refundable fee. For dogs, there is an additional $250 refundable deposit (in addition to the $500). Monthly pet rents are $20 - $30. Cat Policy: Maximum two cats per apartment. Pet Restrictions: must provide vet documentation of breed, weight and age. Must provide a photo of your pet.
